Youth Development Specialist (PT & FT)
Position Title: Youth Development Specialist
Reports To: Residential Supervisor
Position Type: Part Time/Full Time/Non-Exempt/In-person
Provides supervision and support to residents in the Safe Harbour Emergency Shelter Program or the Transitional Living Programs of The Harbour. The Floater position provides “off-schedule” coverage to support youth and site coverage needs. This position works collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement plans for both individual youth and site as a group.
Starting Hourly Rate: $20.18

Human Resources Generalist
Position Title: Human Resources Generalist
Reports To: Director of Operations
Position Type: Full-Time/Exempt/In-person
The HR Generalist supports the mission of The Harbour, Inc. by overseeing a wide range of human resources functions. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, training, and organizational development, all within the unique framework of a nonprofit and child welfare-focused environment. The HR Generalist ensures that HR practices align with federal and state regulations as well as the values and goals of the organization.
Starting Salary: $49,000

Operation Administrative Coordinator
Position Title: Operations Administrative Coordinator
Reports To: Director of Operations
Position Type: Part Time /Non-Exempt /In-person
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Operations Administrative Coordinator to support the
daily administrative and operational functions of our multi-site housing program.
Starting Hourly Rate: $22.60
